20l - Q-san Surface Sanitiser
An effective dual chain Q.A.C. based sanitiser, ideal for hard surface sanitising in food and beverage processing plants. Is approved as a ‘No Rinse’ sanitiser when used up to a maximum concentration of 400ppm quat.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
All surfaces should be cleaned and rinsed thoroughly of all soils prior to the sanitiser application. Can be applied via spraying, misting, soaking, flooding or foaming.
APPLICATIONS:
RESIDUAL applications:- 1:200 – ( 500ppm quat ) Once applied, it should be left on the surface for a minimum of 10 minutes before rinsing.
RINSING:- Residual levels ( >400ppm ) should be thoroughly rinsed off all product contacting surfaces with potable water. ‘NO RINSE’ applications:- 1: 250 – ( 400ppm quat ) At this dilution, product does not need to be rinsed off as long as the surfaces are adequately drained before processing commences.
FOOTBATH applications:- Dose the footbath at approx. 1: 250 ( 400ppm ). Due to the regular introduction of contaminants in the footbath, you may need to replenish the contents during the course of the day.
